No, we do not pre-vacuum the carpet. If the carpet needs vacuuming then we will charge extra for vacuuming the carpet.
Do you need power to do carpet cleaning?
No, we do not use customers power for carpet cleaning. We have truck mounted machine, we use our own power and hot water.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes you can but it is a requisite to inform us before 48 hours otherwise $35 will be charged for cancellation.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, We are fully insured and have Public Liability insurance of 10 million dollars.
